About Yantai Gold King
Established in 1992, our company, Yantai Gold King Technology and Trading, is one of nine companies under the Shandong Gold King Group. We specialize in manufacturing wine openers, patented potato peelers, tin pressers, fruit- and vegetable-peeling machines and other household products. We export our products to many countries including the US, Canada, Brazil, Germany, France, South Korea and Japan. Some of our clients include Target, Norpro and Progressive.
We Develop One New Product Each Month
At Yantai Gold King, our 36-member R&D has 20 years of experience. They use CAD software and an in-house mold workshop to develop one new product every month. They can also turn out your OEM samples in just one month. We also hold more than 300 mainland China patents for our products.
Our Selection of Stainless Steel Products
For added durability, we use stainless steel and coat each multifunctional fruit and vegetable peeling machine with static powder. This helps our products stand up your customers' tough requirements day after day.
Our Production Process
We work with a network of 130 long-term suppliers to ensure we only receive high-quality raw materials and accessories. This along with our own mold-making factory means we can fill your order in one month. For buyers who need their orders fast, we'll have one 40-foot container of goods ready for delivery within 15 days.
We have a 53,360-square-meter factory with 500 workers and two semiautomated production lines. This allows us to produce 100,000 units monthly for volume orders.
Our five QC staff follow an ISO 9001:2000-certified QC process. They inspect each item by hand, helping us to achieve a qualification rate that exceeds 98 percent.
